Get well flowers to brighten a room

When someone is laid up at home, a bouquet on the bedside table makes the room feel less like a sickroom. We keep get-well bouquets bright and not too heavily scented.

Before sending to a hospital

Some New York hospitals and wards do not accept flowers, especially intensive care units. Check with the ward first, or send them to the home address so they are waiting when the person gets back.

Keep it simple to care for

A compact bouquet is easiest for someone who is not up to fussing with a vase. Every bouquet comes with care instructions, and our care guide covers the basics.

Questions we get asked

Can you deliver flowers to a hospital?

We deliver to addresses, and many hospital units do not accept flowers. Check with the ward first, or send them home.

Which flowers are good for someone who is unwell?

Lightly scented, bright flowers in a compact bouquet. If allergies are a concern, mention it in the florist note at checkout.
